Condition guide: Like New, Open Box and Used

We buy customer returns and overstock in bulk from major retailers. Every item is inspected and given one of three condition grades, shown on every listing next to the price.

Our condition grades

Like New

Still in its original packaging and never opened.

Open Box

Like-new condition, but the packaging has been opened or the box shows wear.

Used

Likely installed and returned. In great condition, but may show signs of a previous installation.

Items graded Broken are sold for parts or repair.

What we check

Every item gets a basic visual inspection and a condition grade in our warehouse. We can't fully test every item, and original parts, manuals or hardware may be missing.

New, or not?

Everything we sell is a customer return or overstock item, so we list every grade as used, including Like New items that were never opened. Zokos is an independent reseller. We are not an authorized dealer of the brands we sell and have no affiliation with, or sponsorship from, any manufacturer. Items bought from us may not include warranties or other benefits available from an authorized seller.

Warranty

Zokos doesn't add a separate warranty. Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to open-box or used items, so check with the manufacturer.
