Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to the continental US (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC). Most orders ship by the next business day. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Faster UPS and USPS options are available at checkout for a fee.

We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US.

Local pickup: choose it at checkout and collect your order at 3300 West Sample Street, South Bend, IN 46619. Orders are usually ready in about an hour. Bring your confirmation email or order number when you collect your order.

Returns

Every order comes with our 90-day money-back guarantee. You have 90 days after you receive your item to request a return. Contact us by live chat or at support@zokos.com to start a return. We'll send you a free return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Gift cards, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases can't be returned. To exchange an item, return it and place a new order for the item you want.
