Zokos Growth Engine Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of Zokos Growth Engine (the "Application"), the internal marketing and store-operations software of Zokos ("Zokos", "we", "us") described on the Zokos Growth Engine page. Shopping on zokos.com is governed by the store's store terms of service.

1. Who may use the Application

The Application is for Zokos and its authorized staff only. It is not offered to the public, and no one may access or use it without Zokos's permission.

2. Purpose

The Application is used to manage Zokos's own advertising campaigns, product listings and store operations, including through Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics accounts that Zokos owns or manages.

3. Acceptable use

Authorized users must use the Application only for Zokos's business, keep their access credentials confidential, and not use it to access accounts or data that Zokos is not authorized to access, to interfere with any service, or to break any law or any third-party terms.

4. Google services

When the Application uses Google services, that use is also subject to Google's terms and policies, including the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google Ads, Merchant Center and Google Analytics terms. Our handling of information received from Google APIs is described in the Zokos Growth Engine Privacy Policy.

5. Ownership

The Application and its software belong to Zokos. These Terms do not grant anyone a license to it other than authorized use for Zokos's business.

6. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zokos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

8. Suspension and termination

Zokos may suspend or end any user's access to the Application at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, as are the zokos.com store terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
